Update: Saraki's Trial Adjourned By Tribunal Judge

After much back and forth 'haggling' between the prosecuting and defence counsel, the trial has been adjourned to let the accused receive proper brief and instruction.
Senate President Bukola Saraki and his entourage left the court premises immediately.

An interesting drama ensued when the prosecuting counsel accused the followers of Saraki of contempt of the court.
He accused them of attempting to ridicule the Tribunal Judge which caused a little stir until order was restored.

Both Defence and prosecuting counsels have agreed to Oct 21, 22 an 23 for main trial.
